TrojanBang is a rapper/songwriter and producer from PTA, Pretoria who was born on the 22nd of January in 1996 as Bornfasé Mondlane. He started acknowledging Hip hop music at the age of 11 at his fifth grade, when his uncle had a pile of music videos on CDs. Under the influence of Lil Wayne, Jay Z and Nas, a new star was born. His brother used to call him "Big Bang" which Is a cheat code for GTA Vice City because he wouldn't skip a minute without using the cheat code during the play, which Later on inspired the name TrojanBang. He changed the name because he wanted something that hasn't been used yet. He recorded his first song in a bedroom studio which was produced by A$AP Note and titled it "Living With No Enemies". The song spread through his neighborhood a few hours after the release and TrojanBang knew what he was. Lil Thug, who was an older rapper and producer at the time owned a recording studio, BYHS (Boikhutsong Young Hustlers Studio) started grooming TrojanBang, worked on numerous songs with him, one appears in his first ever mixtape "THE BANGISM". The mixtape which consists of 15 songs was recorded and finished in 2013 but released on datafilehost in 2014 on his birthday, and released an Ep titled "D.A.W.G". As he was networking, doing shows in his neighborhood and in the city, he met a lot of young passionate rappers who were willing to work. He was signed under On1 Records in 2015, worked on an album which remains unreleased. Due to some disagreements, TrojanBang went solo in 2017 and released "The Fear Of Missing Out mixtape" on the 30th of August 2018. The project is keeping TrojanBang off the ground from show to show, performing along side Emtee, Nasty C, Ab Crazy, Benchmarq, Mlindo The Vocalist, Chad Da Don, Black Lez, The Wrecking Crew, Shane Eagle, Ginger Trill, J Molly and Opening for Aka and Cassper Nyovest.
